Focus and Scope

The scope of  IJoMED encompasses original research, systematic reviews, case studies, and scholarly articles that explore various aspects of Science Education, including but not limited to:

  1. Science Education: Studies related to teaching methods, learning outcomes, curriculum development, interdisciplinary approaches, the integration of technology in teaching and innovative practices in science education at various educational levels
  2. Physics Education: Research focused on pedagogical strategies, curriculum development, and the integration of technology in physics instruction.

  3. Biology Education: Studies related to teaching methods, learning outcomes, and innovative practices in biology education at various educational levels.

  4. Chemistry Education: Investigations into best practices, experimental learning, and interdisciplinary approaches in chemistry teaching and curriculum design.

  5. Ethnoscience: Exploration of how indigenous knowledge systems and practices can be incorporated into mainstream science education, bridging cultural gaps in understanding science.

  6. STEM Education: Examination of interdisciplinary teaching methods, strategies to enhance STEM literacy, and fostering engagement in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics at different educational levels.
