Abstract

Background: The implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is part of the digital transformation of healthcare services aimed at improving efficiency, accuracy, and service quality. However, the success of EMR implementation is highly influenced by the level of user satisfaction. Objective: This study aims to determine the level of staff satisfaction with the use of EMR at Puyung Community Health Center based on the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method, which includes the dimensions of content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. Methods: This study employed a quantitative descriptive design using a total sampling technique involving 25 EMR users at Puyung Community Health Center. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire developed based on EUCS indicators. The data were analyzed descriptively through the stages of editing, coding, data entry, cleaning, and tabulation using Microsoft Excel. Results: The results showed that the level of staff satisfaction with the use of EMR was categorized as very satisfied, with a percentage of 68%. The content and format dimensions were categorized as satisfied, while the accuracy, ease of use, and timeliness dimensions were categorized as very satisfied. Conclusion: These findings indicate that EMR is capable of providing accurate information, is easy to use, has a clear display format, and delivers information quickly and in a timely manner. Therefore, the implementation of EMR at Puyung Community Health Center has provided positive benefits and supports the effectiveness of healthcare workers' performance.
