Karakteristik Ibu (Usia, Paritas, Pendidikan) Dan Dukungan Suami Dengan Kecemasan Ibu Hamil Trimester III

Kehamilan menyebabkan perubahan fisik, psikologis, dan hormonal yang dapat memicu kecemasan dan depresi, terutama pada trimester ketiga ketika ibu mendekati persalinan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan antara karakteristik ibu (usia, kesetaraan, pendidikan) dan dukungan suami dengan kecemasan ibu hamil trimester ketiga di Puskesmas Kuripan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode survei analitik melalui studi desain cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 86 ibu hamil trimester ketiga yang diambil dengan teknik pengambilan sampel total. Instrumen ini menggunakan PASS (Perinatal Anxiety Screening Scale) untuk mengukur tingkat kecemasan. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji chi kuadrat untuk menentukan hubungan antar variabel. Hasil analisis univariat menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden adalah ibu primigravida 69%, pada usia tidak berisiko 78%, memiliki pendidikan SD-SMP 73%, mendapatkan dukungan suami 90,7% dan tidak mengalami kecemasan 68,6%. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pendidikan, paritas dan dukungan suami dengan kecemasan ibu hamil trimester III (p-value <0,05). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendidikan, kesetaraan, dan dukungan suami terkait dengan kecemasan ibu hamil trimester ketiga
