Abstract

Pola makan memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap status gizi seseorang karena mencerminkan seberapa sering, seberapa banyak, dan jenis makanan apa yang dikonsumsi dalam periode tertentu. Di Indonesia, sekitar 4,3% remaja putri mengalami kondisi berat badan kurang, dan 25% di antaranya memiliki tinggi badan yang lebih rendah dibandingkan remaja laki-laki. yang salah satunya disebabkan oleh pola makan yang kurang tepat. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi remaja untuk memperhatikan pola makan mereka karena hal ini berperan langsung dalam mendukung proses. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Hubungan Pola Makan dengan Status Gizi Remaja Putri di Pondok Pesantren. Metodelogi desain  penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Lokasi penelitian berada di Pondok Pesantren Zeinta Elharam Baraca yang terletak di Dusun Dasan Cermen, Desa Aik Darek, Kecamatan Batukliang, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Populasi  adalah  seluruh santriwati di pondok pesantren tersebut, dengan jumlah sebanyak 34 orang. Untuk mengukur pola makan, digunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ), sedangkan status gizi dinilai dari 3 item yaitu hasil pengukuran antropometri dilihat dari nilai IMT dengan rumus BB/TB m2, Biokimia dilihat dari nilai kadar Hb darah dengan metode finger prick  dan Clinikal menggunakan lembar observasi, Uji statistik dengan menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan pola makan dengan IMT dengan nilai  nilai P Value < 0,05 dan tidak ada hubungan pola makan dengan kadar HB dengan  P  value > dari 0,05. Kesimpulan dengan menerapakan pola makan  sehat dan seimbang  akan dapat meningkatkan kesehatan dan mencegah penyakit
