About the Journal

Journal Gemarimatika is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published by LPPM UNIQHBA. The journal focuses on research, theoretical studies, and innovative practices in mathematics education and related fields.

Journal Gemarimatika was first published in April 2026 in electronic/online format. The journal is published twice a year, in April and October.

The journal welcomes original research articles, review articles, and scholarly studies that contribute to the development of mathematics education, mathematics learning, educational technology, curriculum and assessment, mathematical thinking, and other relevant topics.

All submitted manuscripts undergo an editorial screening process to assess their suitability with the journal's focus and scope, originality, manuscript format, and publication ethics. Manuscripts that meet the initial requirements are then sent to qualified reviewers for double-blind peer review, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential. Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers with relevant expertise.

The reviewers assess the manuscript based on its originality, relevance, scientific contribution, theoretical foundation, research methodology, quality of analysis, validity of results, discussion, conclusions, references, and overall academic quality. Authors are required to revise their manuscripts in accordance with reviewers' comments when revisions are requested.

The final decision regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection is made by the Editor-in-Chief/Editorial Board based on the reviewers' recommendations and the journal's editorial policies.
